“Loved the set up at the resort, very traditional buildings. Is older so definitely could use some upgrades. Main pool got quite noisy in the afternoon. All the staff were fantastic, always willing to help. Loved the staff in the Buffett. Great central lobby/bar area. Lots of seating and great area for entertainment in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Staff kindly greeted us when we arrived at 3am due to a delayed flight. They were helpful with explaining everything and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! Would highly recommend.”

“Great service, clean room.”

“This was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few. Not to mention, this was a solo vacation for me where I felt extremely safe. The customer service was implacable, the views were nice, and the food was great! I would recommend to anybody.”

Ottimo cibo, tanta scelta. Uni neo, difficile trovare posto sulle sdraio e troppi pochi ombrelloni.”

“Nice”

“First time going to Xcaret and absolutely loved every minute of my stay there. Will be going back for sure! The rooms were always clean and staff was nothing but helpful and welcoming”

“Everything was great! The service was out of this world! Every resturant was different and the food was delicious!!!”

“We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!”
