“Just finished our week vacation at Ava and we had a great time. My wife and I were traveling with our 2 kids ages 11 and 6. Tons of activities for the kids. Pools were great, even enjoyed the beach. Not a lot of seaweed this time a year which makes a big difference. Service was great no issues. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was so nice for the kids to have their own room. Room was beautiful and clean. Grounds and pool were also very clean. Gym was one of the best I’ve used on vacation....

“Our room was clean and kept up daily. Our mini fridge was stocked daily. The food at the restaurants and buffets was great. Lots of options for us and our daughter. Pool areas were great but it was busy so it was hard to find lounge chairs. People would get up at 6-7am to put their towels on chairs to reserve them. ”

“Struttura direttamente sul mare, con ombrelloni e lettini disponibili. Personalmente non mi è piaciuto che intorno non trovi ristoranti dove mangiare o localini per la sera ( valuterei un’altra zona) Wi-Fi funzionante anche in spiaggia. Parcheggio privato coperto. Pulizia da rivedere.”

“Everything was great. Staff, food, accommodations. But what stands out the most is how it feels like you’re in the jungle. So much trees, vegetation and wildlife made it feel all the more tropical and unique. Plus having Xcaret right attached, always gave us something to do without even leaving the resort. I’d definitely go back again.”
